Shipping & Delivery Policy

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Typically it takes 7-10 business days to process, handling and deliver the package. 


The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 2 - 3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it and provide you with the shipping details and tracking information.

Please note: All order are Shipped via UPS Ground Services, and USPS First Class

  1. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our manufacturer to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping times will be affected during National Holidays, due to suppliers and couriers operational limitations during these times. This is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 80% of your payment back to you minus the 20% restock fee. 
  3. Please pay attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
  4. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
