Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you'll love everything you ordered from But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team at We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us with your Order Number and state your reason for the return or exchange. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

3.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Order Cancellation

  1. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package within 30 days from the delivery date.
  3. Generally, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. (If no refund is received within 7 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process(if applicable)

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  2. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
  3. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
  4. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. (If no refund is received within 7 days, please contact us via email)

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned undamaged, and in the same condition it was received in. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and you may forfeit your refund. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
